Supplier: The Supplier of the prize is British Airways plc (BA), Waterside, PO Box 365, Harmondsworth, UB7 0GB. Registered Number 1777777 England

Rule 1: This promotion is open to residents of the United States of America (USA), aged 18 years or over and who hold a valid USA driving licence.

To qualify, a person must make and pay for a reservation for an Avis car between 4 October 2017 and 31 October 2017 on the British Airways website (www.ba.com) for a car group C or higher for 2 (two) or more days for collection and return between 4 October 2017 and 31 January 2018 at any rental location worldwide (“Qualifying Entrant”). Participants must ensure that their British Airways Executive Club membership number is entered in the reservation.

Only Qualifying Entrants may enter into this promotion.

Rule 2: Employees, workers or other agents of Avis Budget Europe Limited (the “Promoter”), Avis Budget Services Limited and Avis Budget Car Rental LLC, Inc, their affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies (together 'Avis') and anyone else professionally connected with Avis or the promotion, including any family members of such persons are excluded from this promotion.

Rule 3: Only one entry into the promotion is permitted by each Qualifying Entrant by making a reservation at www.ba.com and paying in full at time of reservation.

Rule 4: No additional fee or charge is payable to enter into this promotion. The prize is available to the first 50 people who book their Avis rental and pay in full, matching the qualifying criteria in Rule 1 above. More information on prize availability can be found at www.avisba.com/USpromotion

Rule 5: The opening date for the promotion is 00:01 EST on October 4th 2017. The closing date for the promotion is 23.59 EST on October 31^st 2017. Rentals must be reserved during this period for collection and return between October 4th 2017 and January 31^st 2018.

The Promoter does not represent, warrant or guarantee the availability of (i) any website or computer system in its custody or control or belonging to any third party or (ii) any telecommunications systems necessary for accessing any Promoter website or computer system.

No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for rentals, incomplete or delayed regardless of cause whether delayed or incomplete due to systems failure, or for rentals not received or incompletely received due to traffic congestion, unauthorized human intervention, failure of computer or telecommunications systems or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information or the failure to capture any such information.

The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds (a) to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this promotion (b) to be acting in violation of these rules (c) to be acting otherwise than in good faith or (e) to have provided any false or misleading information as part of the process of entering in the promotion.

Rule 6: The promotion will take place in the USA. The Promoter shall, within two (2) weeks of the end of the promotion, write to the winners by email supplied notifying the winner of the outcomes.

Rule 7: There are 50 prizes. Each prize consists of 10,000 bonus Avios, to be awarded in addition to the standard and any promotional Avios that the rental qualifies for.

Avios are issued and redeemed in accordance with British Airways Executive Club terms and conditions, all bookings are subject to availability.

This prize is non-transferable and may only be awarded to the person named as a winner. The prize is not to be exchanged for cash, or other consideration, or auctioned on the internet, or used as part of a longer rental. Any additional products or services outside of the above terms and conditions will be the responsibility of the renter and charged locally. All cars are subject to availability.

No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. Avis reserves the right to substitute the prizes with an alternative of similar characteristics and of commensurate value at its discretion.

The prize cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or certificate. Other restrictions may apply.

Rule 8: If requested, the winners shall take part in publicity resulting from this promotion without further compensation. The names of all Qualifying Entrants who become winners may be published and distributed, provided that the winners consent to this in advance.

Rule 9: The rules and any dispute or difference relating to them shall be governed by the laws of New Jersey, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey.

Rule 10: All information you provide on 'entry' will be held on the Promoter’s database. From time to time the Promoter may wish to use your name and address to send you information on Avis products and promotions that may interest you.

Rule 11: Please direct any queries or complaints regarding this promotion to the Promoter at the address provided in the terms and conditions.

Rule 12: Avis have a right to vary the terms of this agreement or cancel or postpone the promotion at its discretion.
